Our year-round training model allows players to develop consistently without the conflicts that come with a traditional schedule. Families can choose full-season participation or flexible options, such as our Pick Six sessions, making it easy to stay involved while balancing other commitments.

We offer:

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Shadow Cats is built on a simple truth: the box game develops complete lacrosse players.

As the official Dallas-area affiliate of the NLL unBOXed program, we bring a level of training and structure that goes beyond traditional field development. Our sessions are designed to challenge players in tight spaces, speed up decision-making, and build the confidence needed to perform under pressure.
