The Shadow Cats coaching staff brings together elite playing experience, proven leadership, and a passion for developing the next generation of box lacrosse athletes. Our team includes current and former professional players, experienced program builders, and coaches with backgrounds across youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels, including experience within the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
As an NLL unBOXed affiliate program, Shadow Cats is committed to delivering authentic box lacrosse training while building skill, confidence, IQ, and compete level. Every session is designed to challenge athletes through high-repetition training, position-specific instruction, and game-real development that translates directly to success on the floor and field.

Joe Kostolansky
Joe Kostolansky is the Founder of LAX Dreams Academy and brings experience as both a professional player and high-level coach. His playing career includes time in the MLL and NLL, while his coaching background spans NCAA Division I and III programs, recruiting leadership, and high school development. He currently coaches with Southlake Carroll, Episcopal School of Dallas, and McKinney, bringing elite player development experience and recruiting insight to athletes at every level.
Nathan Grenon
An All-American at Mercyhurst University, he began his professional career after being selected in the first round by Panther City Lacrosse Club and currently competes with the Colorado Mammoth. Nathan specializes in performance, recovery, and long-term athlete development while building a culture centered on accountability, discipline, and elite standards.
Logan Riggas
Logan Riggas is an accomplished coach and former All-Conference defenseman at the University of North Texas. His experience spans both field and box lacrosse, including helping establish box lacrosse opportunities in Texas while coaching at the varsity, club, and collegiate levels. Logan focuses on defensive development, confidence, and creating a team-first culture.
Andrew Dickerson
Andrew Dickerson brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership to the program. He previously served as Offensive Coordinator for the Baylor University Men's Lacrosse Club, leading one of the area's most productive offenses, and continues to coach with Bridge Lacrosse. Andrew combines offensive strategy, leadership, and player development with a passion for growing the game.
Nick Karnes
Nick Karnes is an elite faceoff specialist with an accomplished collegiate career. A 2018 JUCO All-American and Faceoff Specialist of the Year, he continued his career as the starting faceoff specialist at the University at Albany. He brings technical precision, competitive intensity, and a high-performance approach to developing athletes.
Cam Pashoian
Cam Pashoian brings both collegiate and international experience to the program. A former player at CCBC Essex, he currently coaches at Southlake Carroll High School and Northstar while competing internationally with the Armenian National 6s Team. Cam emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and long-term player development.
Joseph Swanson
Joseph Swanson brings more than a decade of playing experience and a passion for athlete development. A four-year varsity player at Allen High School as a midfielder and faceoff specialist, he now coaches with McKinney Lacrosse Club across youth and varsity programs. Joseph is known for his energy, leadership, and athlete-first approach.
Nate Wilson
Nate Wilson brings nearly 20 years of coaching and program-building experience across multiple levels and countries. Currently serving as Offensive Coordinator at John Paul II High School, he is also the all-time leading scorer at Western Connecticut State University. Nate has helped build lacrosse programs in Rhode Island, Nevada, and Germany, focusing on offensive systems, player development, and culture-building.
